The demand for our services is constantly growing, and therefore the need to expand our sales teams naturally arises. We welcome traders not only with many years of experience, but there is also room for new traders or trade enthusiasts. However, communication skills, a pro-customer orientation, and above all a responsible and professional approach are essential.

What do we do?

We help companies find their customers based on a strategic sales process. We educate and select the best traders in the market. We sell our clients’ interesting technology products. We get customers for our clients as well as feedback on their product. No, we don’t sell pots or bamboo socks. All our clients are carefully selected and we have full confidence in their product.

What is the main role of a successful trader?

• Thorough care of entrusted clients as well as building relationships with potential customers.
• The most frequent communication will be handling emails, telephone conversations, as well as face-to-face meetings with existing and potential client customers.
• Searching for potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Mapping the market potential in sales.
• Establishing and building relationships with potential customers.
• Processing of regular reports and administrative records.
• Working with internal systems as well as collaborating with the internal sales team.

What do you need for this position?

• Independence and conscientiousness. Different situations will arise on the job, so we’ll want you to work hard and thoroughly. At work, we set goals that we meet. Therefore, you will need to be proactive and organised. If you can react quickly and adapt to the situation, you’ve won.
• Communication at a high level. As a marketer, you’ll need excellent communication skills. Both verbally and in writing. It’s the gro of your work, therefore they can’t limp.
• Willingness to travel throughout Slovakia. Our clients and customers are located in different parts of Slovakia, so you will have to travel frequently.
• Sportsmanship. Playing sports fosters competitiveness, and that will come in handy at work. It pays to be able to skate your way out of any situation, even skating as part of a sporting performance.

What do we offer you?

For your work you will receive an interesting fix and an incentive bonus for your trades. You will work full time with flexible hours and freedom. We don’t want to tie you down to a consistent 8 hours. We are aware that this will not improve performance.

You can choose the place of work. Either you settle in Žilina, Bratislava or Prague. You’ll be moving around mainly in the field, so you’ll be bored behind the computer all day.
